Standard 4-Week and 2-Week Volunteer Only Flight Option Information:

1. Complete the required Flight/Options Form and submit with all applicable deposits.

• Please realize that ISV cannot secure any seat without a deposit.
• All flight deposits are non-refundable and must be received in the ISV UK office no later than 105 days prior to departure.
• Flight costs and taxes are subject to change due to fluctuating fuel surcharges, etc. implemented by the airlines. Prices may increase by as much as, but not more than £50.00 GBP.
• ISV has been allotted a limited number of seats for the Fiji Island Excursion. These seats will be reserved on a first-come first-served basis in the order that participant's deposits are received. An additional £50.00 GBP non-refundable deposit is due if you are registering for the Fiji Island Excursion and a return flight from Sydney to Nadi, Fiji is required at an additional cost. 2. Total amount owing for airfare (including Fiji Excursion Option) will be included on your final invoice and is due on or before 65 days prior to departure.

3. All participants organizing their flight with ISV on Qantas Airways will receive their airline tickets via email approximately two weeks prior to departure.

Custom Flight Option Information:
(Standard 4-Week Programmes with additional Projects and/or Tours)

1.  Complete the required Custom Flight/Options Form and submit with all applicable deposits.

• Please realize that ISV cannot secure any seat without a deposit.  A £50.00 GBP deposit is required per country visited.
• All flight deposits are non-refundable and must be received in the ISV office no later than 105 days prior to departure.
• Flight costs and taxes are subject to change due to fluctuating fuel surcharges, etc., implemented by the airlines. Prices may increase by as much as, but not more than £50.00 GBP.
• ISV has been allotted a limited number of seats for the Fiji Island Excursion. These seats will be reserved on a first-come first-serve basis in the order that participant's deposits are received. 2.  ISV will provide a sample itinerary and quote of airfare within 15 business days of receipt of the required Flight/Options Form and applicable deposits.

FLIGHT EXTENSIONS:
ISV Standard 4 Week Programme Group Flights have a 30 day duration. Any extension will result in a price increase of £75.00 GBP (with the exception of those participating in the Optional Fiji Island Excursion - this increase is included in the Fiji Excursion cost).

Requests for extensions are subject to availability and must be received in the ISV office via email no later than 90 days prior to departure.

No date changes will be allowed whatsoever after tickets are issued (60 days prior to departure)
