Option# 1 / ISV Group Flight - Fly to Australia on Qantas Airways
(Standard 4-Week and 2-Week Volunteer Only Programs)

All ISV group flights to Australia will originate from Los Angeles, CA (LAX).
Due to the location of our projects, ISV flies into Brisbane (BNE), Melbourne (MEL), or Sydney (SYD), Australia. Specific flights are determined once projects are assigned approx. 30 days prior to departure.

All ISV Group Flight participants will need to arrange their own domestic flights to and from Los Angeles (LAX).

Cost for ISV Group Flight = $995.00 USD (plus taxes, ticketing & visa fees)

Estimate of taxes = $395.00USD (As of May 2008)
(Flight costs and taxes are subject to change due to fluctuating fuel surcharges, etc. implemented by the airlines. Prices may increase by as much as, but not more than $100.00 USD.)

Airline Ticketing and Visa Fees = $60.00 USD (As charged by the airlines)

Please note: An ISV “Group Flight” consists of 10 or more passengers. In the unlikely event ISV is unable to meet this minimum requirement on any given date; those affected by this will be notified via email approximately 60 days prior to departure. At this time a competitive “Individual Fare” will be quoted. Any deposit collected for the “Group Flight” will be applied to the “Individual Fare” if accepted. ISV participants will have 10 days to accept the “Individual Fare” or notify ISV of their choice to change to Own Flight status. Own Flight requirements are listed below.

Option# 2 / Arrange Your Own Flight to Australia (Standard 4-Week Only)

All ISV Standard 4-Week participants choosing to arrange their Own Flight to Australia must:

1. Schedule your flight to arrive at the same time or prior to the specific ISV Group Flight listed below.*
2. Schedule your return flight to depart at the same time or soon after the specific ISV Group Flight listed below.*

Arranging your Own Flight on the following departure dates:
May 15, May 29, June 12, June 26, July 10, July 24, August 7
Fly Into: Melbourne (MEL)
Fly Out of: Brisbane (BNE)

Arranging your Own Flight on the following departure date:
August 21, 2008
Fly Into: Sydney (SYD)
Fly Out of: Sydney (SYD)

2-Week Volunteer Only participants must take the ISV Group Flight.

Note: Anyone deviating from the required ISV Group Flight arrival and departure times listed
will be responsible for any costs associated with domestic transportation to and from the
airport and/or ISV program location. This is in addition to Domestic Airfare costs listed below.

Option# 3 / Custom Program Flights
(Standard 4-Week Program with additional Projects and/or Tours)

All Custom Program participants are required to take a flight organized by ISV.

Custom Programs within Australia only: Flight costs are the same as the Standard 4-Week Group Flights above with the exception of a $100.00 extension fee.

Custom Programs in multiple countries: Due to the variables of ISV Custom Programs in multiple countries, the cost of airfare cannot be guaranteed at this time. ISV will provide a sample itinerary and quote of airfare within 15 business days of receipt of the required Flight Options Form and applicable deposits. (The Flight/Options Form is due no later than 105 days prior to departure.)

Domestic Airfare within Australia: $395.00

All participants traveling to Australia are required to pay for domestic airfare for flights within country. Australia is nearly the size of the United States and ISV work projects are scattered all over the country. Australian domestic airfares have been averaged to be fair to all participants (as suggested by past ISV participants.) The Domestic Airfare cost of $395.00 will be included on your final invoice and is due on or before 65 days prior to departure.
