Complete the required "Online Reservation Form" (Click the link to the right).
Submit the flight reservation form with the required $100 AUD non-refundable deposit to reserve your seat.
ISV cannot secure any seat without a deposit.
All flight deposits are non-refundable and must be received by the ISV office as soon as possible, but no later than 100 days prior to departure. Seats will be reserved on a first come first serve basis. If our group flight is fully booked at the time of receiving your deposit, we will make every effort to secure you the best possible fare at the time from the airlines.
Flight costs and taxes are subject to change due to fluctuating fuel surcharges, etc., implemented by the airlines.
The balance for the airfare will be included on your final invoice and is due on or before 65 days prior to departure.
All participants flying with ISV on the ISV Group Flight will be sent an electronic ticket via email. You should print this ticket and keep a copy on your person as well as leave a copy at home with a family member. You will need photo identification (i.e. passport) to check in at the airport.
