ALL PARTICIPANTS must submit this form whether they are taking the ISV Group Flight or organising their own flight to Costa Rica.

This form and applicable deposits must be received by the ISV office as soon as possible, but no later than 100 days prior to your departure date. Your full airfare payment must be received in the ISV Office no later than 65 days prior to your departure date. If your full airfare payment is not received on or before 65 days prior to departure, your reserved space on the ISV Group Flight will be released. Please note there are a limited number of group flight seats available for each departure date, so we encourage you to complete this process as soon as possible.

I am participating in the Spanish Language and Cultural Immersion Program and I understand I must arrive at the same time or prior to the arrival of participants on the ISV Group Flight. As I am not participating in the Spanish Language and Cultural Immersion Program. I agree to arrange my own flight and will organise to arrive in Costa Rica in line with the dates supplied in the Information Package which I received along with my allocation.
