Option# 1 / Fly with the ISV Group to Los Angeles (LAX) and Costa Rica (SJO)

ISV Group Flights to Los Angeles (LAX), USA, will depart from Auckland (AKL), New Zealand. ISV Group Flights to San Jose (SJO), Costa Rica, will depart from LAX. If you are participating in either a 2 week or 6 week ISV program and are interested in taking a group flight, please email isvaustralia@isvonline.com.

Cost for round trip flight is as follows:
(Flight costs and taxes are subject to change due to fluctuating fuel surcharges, etc. implemented by the airlines.) Please note Spanish Lesson Option dates: Qantas requires a minimum of 10 passengers on each departure date. Should there not be sufficient to make a group, ISV will advise participants of the cost of the flight.

Option# 2 / Arrange Your Own Flight to Costa Rica

Participants taking their own flight must still fill out the Online Reservation Form (at right). This confirms with ISV that you have decided to organise your own flight. It is a requirement for all Own Flight participants to send a copy of their flight itinerary to the ISV office no later than 65 days prior to departure for their records.

Participants arranging their own flight must arrive at the same time or prior to the arrival of participants on the specific ISV group flight above.

Participants organising their own flight to Costa Rica are also responsible for domestic transport from the airport to ISV’s accommodations in Heredia, San Jose and attend the 12pm Host Country Welcome Orientation meeting on the day the ISV Group Flight arrives in Costa Rica. Attendance at this meeting is compulsory. Specific details will be provided in the Participant Travel Manual which will be available approximately 30 days prior to departure.
