PASSPORTS:
Participant's passport must be valid for six months past the date of the scheduled return from the ISV program. If necessary participants will need to renew their passports prior to departure to meet this requirement.
ISV requires all participants to mail a photocopy of their passport photo page and ID# to the ISV office. It is recommended that you post this to ISV as soon as you have this available; however the final deadline for us to receive this is 65 days prior to departure.
VISAS:
Visas are not required for New Zealand and Australian citizens traveling to the USA or Costa Rica provided participants only stay within Costa Rica for the duration of the ISV program (i.e. within 30 days). All non Australian/New Zealand citizens:
Must check with the USA and Costa Rican Embassies for their specific visa requirements.
Acquiring any/all necessary documents are the responsibility of the individual participant.
DATE CHANGES:
ISV Group Flights have a 12 month duration. Any extension will result in a price increase and is based on availability.
Requests for extensions are subject to availability and must be received by the ISV office no later than 100 days prior to departure.
Any date changes to your ISV Group Flight are subject to availability and may result in an additional fee as determined by the airlines. No date changes will be allowed whatsoever after tickets are issued (60 days prior to departure).
ADDITIONAL CHARGES BY THE AIRLINES: Lost ticket, name change, reissue fee in the case of a return date change and paper ticket (if requested) all attract charges by the airlines. Please contact the ISV office for up to date costs for these charges.
