Standard 4-Week and the 2-Week Volunteer Only Program:

1. Complete the required Flight/Options Form and submit with all applicable deposits.

• Please realise that ISV cannot secure any seat without a deposit of £50.00 GBP.
• All flight deposits are non-refundable and must be received in the ISV office no later than 105 days prior to departure. The deposit is applicable to the overall cost of the group flight.
• Flight costs and taxes are subject to change due to fluctuating fuel surcharges, etc. implemented by the airlines. Prices may increase by as much as, but not more than £50.00 GBP.
• Since the vast majority of ISV Participants who travel to Costa Rica will benefit from the ISV Spanish Language & Latin Dance Lessons, ISV assumes your enrollment and will include the additional cost of £225.00 GBP on your Program invoice.
• If you choose to "Opt Out" of the Spanish Language & Latin Dance Lessons, please do so on the "Flight/Options Form". ISV still offers flights for those not doing Spanish Lessons.
NOTE: An additional £50.00 GBP non-refundable deposit is due when you are registering for the Spanish Lessons Option. (Click the link “Spanish & Dance Lessons"” for further details and total cost) ISV has been allotted a limited number of seats for the Spanish Lessons Option. These seats will be reserved on a first-come first-served basis in the order that participant’s deposits are received.

2. Total amount owing for airfare (including the Spanish Lessons Option) will be included on your final invoice and is due on or before 65 days prior to departure.

3. All participants flying with ISV on Continental Airlines departing out of London, Heathrow (LHR) will receive airline tickets via email approximately two weeks prior to departure.

Custom Program Flight Information
(Standard 4-Week Program with additional Projects and/or Tours)

1.  Complete the required Custom Flight/Options Form and submit with all applicable deposits.

• Please realise that ISV cannot secure any seat without a deposit.  A £50.00 GBP deposit is required per country visited.
• All flight deposits are non-refundable and must be received in the ISV UK office no later than 105 days prior to departure.
• Flight costs and taxes are subject to change due to fluctuating fuel surcharges, etc., implemented by the airlines. Prices may increase by as much as, but no more than £50.00 GBP.

2.  ISV will provide a sample itinerary and quote of airfare within 15 business days of receipt of the required Flight/Options Form and applicable deposits.

FLIGHT EXTENSIONS:
ISV Standard 4-Week Programme Group Flights have a 28 day duration (33 days including the Spanish Lessons Option). Any extension will result in a price increase of £75.00 GBP. Requests for extensions are subject to availability and must be received in the ISV UK office via email no later than 95 days prior to departure.

No date changes will be allowed whatsoever after tickets are issued (60 days prior to departure).
